Word "lawyer" has a Latin origin – the verb «advoco» means to "call,"invite". In ancient Rome each citizen could protect independently the rights, and could invite for this purpose of the representative which named«advocatus». In modern understanding the lawyer is the expert on the right, it gives consultations under matters of law and explanations under the legislation. Also services of the lawyer in protection of defendants or representation of interests of the claimant, the respondent who has suffered are claimed.
